'You' (1975)
Aretha Franklin's 'You' from 1975 found the Queen Of Soul at the crossroads (career wise!), and it wasn't a big commercial success despite some good material, but she did squeeze a few charting singles from this album. Aretha gave us great singing as usual, but the next album ('Sparkle' 1976) would ultimately prove to be her 'comeback'. The tracklisting - 1. Mr.D.J. (5 for The D.J.), 2. It Only Happens (When I Look At You), 3. I'm Not Strong Enough To Love Again, 4. Walk Softly, 5. You Make My Life, 6. Without You, 7. The Sha-La Bandit, 8. You, 9. You Got All The Aces, 10. As Long As You Are There.
